If you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, grief or any overwhelming emotions, we, at The Happy Hour therapy centre, offer a space to gently make sense of what you’re going through. Together, we work to understand the impact of any trauma as a result of your experiences, work on difficult emotions, and build tools that help you feel more grounded and supported.
We also work with individuals experiencing fears, phobias, and addictions by creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore these challenges, reduce their hold, and move toward a more balanced and empowered life.
Work stress and procrastination often stem from deeper patterns such as anxiety, perfectionism, or burnout. Here at The Happy Hour, we help you in identifying these underlying factors, managing stress effectively, and developing practical strategies to improve focus, motivation, and balance.
